My state, Virginia, has plans that offer dental to Medicare/Medicaid Dual Eligibles.
Here is some info in case you don't get replies for all states:
Each state should have a website showing what plans are available for Medicaid Dual Eligibles. If they have Medicaid Managed Care Organization plan choices, it's likely that each of those carriers has a Medicare Advantage Dual Special Needs plan you can research for that state.

In states that offer dual eligible Medicare/Medicaid private carrier insurance plans, you most likely can find a resource page on their Medicaid site that lists the plans that offer Dual Eligible Medicare Advantage Plans. It will also show the way they offer dental benefits to dual eligibles.

Dual eligibles for Medicaid and Medicare sometimes have some very attractive dental benefits added to Medicare plans offered to them. All Medicare Advantage plans including Medicare Advantage Dual Eligible plans are set up on year to year contracts and benefits can change year to year.

As a side note, states and insurance carriers where state benefits are assigned to an insurance carrier usually prefer or may require the Medicare Dual Eligible Medicare Advantage plan to be with the same insurance carrier for their Medicaid and Medicare insurance plans if the client wants a Medicare Dual Special Needs plan. Each state has rules about how this works.

Best wishes in your information search.
