Question on the new Beneficial Ownership Rules from the Feds

Ok, I received this from another agent and filed but then saw an exemption for licensed insurance agents and insurance companies.

However does the exemption also include our insurance agencies? See the attached and link on the rules.

Correct answer to this question gets a Smiley Face and a promise from me to never "Rick Roll" you.

This is above my pay grade, but #13 seems to indicate a State-licensed insurance producer is exempt.

There are also a number of caveats about assuming the individual or entity is exempt from reporting
