can a 220 be in charge of 2 facilities with a 440 in each one?

1 broker
2 customer reps
2 locations 7 miles apart

is this legal?

Call and ask the state. I think you have to have a 2-20 in each location but I could be wrong. Did you buy into some sort of franchise? I couldn't see why you would need two locations that close to each other unless you focus on non-standard, cash paying customer.

I just got off the phone with the state. They stated to me its illegal. You must have a 220 licensed and appointed in each commercial facility.

No, I have not bought into a franchise. I know a franchise owner who wants to expand but this is all talk for now. The distance is alittle further apart than 7.
