1 Unit Dwelling - Rental

I have a one family dwelling (JM) built in 1908 owned by an LLC.

Two claims in the past five years. One for theft ($2225) and one for water damage ($10k)

Having a hard time placing the risk.

Any ideas?
 
Just curious, how does a rental unit have a theft claim for $2225?

Given the age and the 2 claims (and I'll assume some construction issues), this will be a tough placement. I don't have any idea of who will take this trifecta of issues.

Copper was stolen out of the home.

Foremost is non renewing. I can look Lloyds way.
 
If it was 3 years ago it would be a tower special all day! But not anymore... another thought is to try and package with the owners primary dwelling. Some personal carriers will allow the LLC with supporting primary.
