2015 Humana Enrollment Kits

I have about 10 leftover 2015 Humana MAPD enrollment kits. Will Humana accept the 2015 app for 2016 enrollees or do I need to use the 2016 enrollment app and trash the 2015 kits?

Yep, the 2016 Humana paper app has been completely redesigned.

I dont think you'll have to worry about that in 2026. Humana/Aetna merge will be done by then, and Aetna will probbly change the way things are done.

Better keep a couple Humana 2015 apps for your T-65 in November and December.

Their apps are coded. You can't make copies or print from a pdf.

Yep, the 2016 Humana paper app has been completely redesigned.

Also, PLEASE BE AWARE that they no longer place the convenient paper app and SOA in the enrollment book anymore. You must order them all separately now. Thanks Humana. ;(. I thought that I had completed the order, but then noticed that the apps were missing. Pain in the ass Humana.
