2016 Part B Premium Is...

Part A deductible went from $1260 to $1288,
coinsurance (days 61-90) went from $315 to $322,
lifetime reserve days from $630 to $644,
SNF from $157 to $161,
and premium for part A is $2 and $4 dollars more per month depending on number of work quarters.
Now just sitting back to see what people do for plan F...

All mine are prepped....we are looking to move to G in January
right we got time just wait so when the time comes and the client has cancer and the premium goes up 200% he can get a MA plan. Makes sense
Plan F is scheduled to sundown in 2020. Move healthy clients now, before the F rating pools get older and sicker.

Reality is, if they have cancer, they won't be paying those high premiums long. If they survive, they will only be paying high premiums for 2 years. That's assuming the rates even go very high at first. I have seen closed books of business stay low for quite a few years.
