I have a 15 page app with double sided type and am EXPECTED to FAX it in.
Busies, trapped papers, out of ink, 2 going thru the machine at once, gotta have a land line, etc. etc.
Am I the only one that knows how to scan into a pdf and email it? Am I more high tech than a big 'ol powerful insurance company? Duuuuuude!

It gets frustrating. We changed the setting on our fax so that we can lay it page by page on the glass and then hit send when we've scanned them all. That way we KNOW every page went. Unless you have a high $$ unit you'll allways get multi page feeds and if your on a time crunch you don't need to find that out six days later when an underwriter finally gets to the case.
