23 yr old male n/s with mental issues

This young man has Schizophrenia. Treated with meds. Needs enough life insurance to bury him.
He is healthy otherwise. Any suggestions as to carrier that will write someone that young with mental conditions?

Prudential and John Hancock will from my understanding, but it will be a lengthy process from what I know and the cost will be astronomical. Probably more in the long run than it would cost for a burial.

if he s just looking for burial coverage .. i would look for the Simplified whole life company .. aka final expense who start at younger ages... Assurity (before they get of their FE product in January) ... there are a few other companies ..

look at their application .. if they dont ask about it , you might be fine.. as long as he doesn't answer yes to any other disqualifying questions.
