36 Units - 3 Buildings

I have a client purchasing a investment. There's 3 buildings total on (2) deeds. The first building is 18 units on 1 deed. Then there's a 12 unit building and 4 unit building sitting on another deed.

Will this be a problem on commercial paper because the one building is 4 units? Or does it not matter because it's on 1 deed & that deed contains 2 structures totaling 16 units?

Before I take to my commercial carriers, I don't want to look like a clown and ask that question.
 
No, the carriers really don't care about the deed. The main thing is that the ownership of the buildings is the same. If the ownership is the same just list the locations and buildings as normal.
