    height 6'2" weight 230#

    juvenile onset diabetic = table 6 from the start.
    History of A1C under 7 for an extended period of time... possibly better.
    History of A1C over 7... probable postpone.
    HT/WT is distracting... he should know better.

    Sounds like he may be chasing Unicorns.. 250K may be possible but I seriously doubt for less than $30 per month. :skeptical:

    Don't waste your time on someone with unrealistic expectations. $30/month is not happening ever. 10-year term is probably $50/month minimum. Get a commitment for $50-100/month and then go from there.
