Like most on here who wrote 5 Star before they canned their final expense, I am wondering if you are still getting your as earned? I stopped getting mine a few months ago and noticed last week. I called them last week, only got a voicemail. I called back several times kept on getting voicemail. Finally tried a different number, got in touch with someone live, who said he was transferring me to that dept(commissions) but I was just put on hold for over 30 minutes before I had to hang up to go on my appts. Very frustrated with them and feel they are possibly taking my as earned (and others). I wrote a good amount with them. For them to just stop paying as earned with no correspondence(via email or mail) is just wrong. Since website access was suspended, we, as agents have no way of knowing what is going on. Anyone else having issues with as earned?
