It’s no surprise people going through significant life events are more receptive to insurance offers, but puts some figures to it like engaged couples being twice as likely to buy a vehicle and four times as likely to buy a home; or people being 41% more likely to buy life insurance after getting married, having a baby or buying a house.

    Article makes a case for knowing your client base by tracking demographic info so you can better personalize communication with clients based on what tends to be important to people in their situation. Gist being if agents can truly create a positive customer experience, the effort will pay off in spades via the actions of those satisfied customers.
