Hello
Any company wrtie a nine year old female 10/20 year pay?
Asking for another agent as I focus on the senior market and do hardly any life then it's only FE.

Many different ways to design that.

You could find a Whole that is a 10/20 pay.
Design a GUL to short pay.
Project the non-forfeiture options to 10/20 pay. With a good par whole life maybe an IUL that gives the then adult child options to continue the premiums.
 
Most every major carrier will do that. Figuring out what product is best and funding is best, that is the key. I do policies like that quite often. Most times I don't write at 10 or 20 pays... more as a max funded life pay to keep the door open for future funding down the road. If its purely a DB play, a short pay works fine. GUL or WL is all I would do in that situation. A short pay div paying WL with a quality mutual will be pretty impressive way down the road for sure.
 
At that age, a GIO (Guaranteed Insurability Option) rider is the most important. At various ages, they can increase their total coverage guaranteed. If it's a 10-pay or a 20-pay, they can buy additional policies for that additional coverage.
