blaming most of its flaws on Republicans

blame Republican leaders in statehouses across the country for blocking Medicaid expansion

In states where the governor is hostile to the ACA, it makes it harder to enroll people

Obama hammered Republicans across the country for resisting the law

It’s not because of any policy in the Affordable Care Act that the rates are going up

I watched the Senate hearings, every flaw was pointed out, and dems shot down every sensible change.

Dems passed bill by arm twisting democrats, and without 1 repub vote.

Scott Brown wins Senate seat in dem state of Mass, the people have spoken. Dems decide to shove it down our throat, and adopt Senate only version which was already passed before Scott Brown arrived. (59 votes now). The bill never went to conference to merge with house bill to work out kinks. Rush Rush Rush.

Repubs have tried to repeal 60 times, but were unsuccessful. Meaning the bill has continued to stand on its' own, and fail by the day. Rubio took away the reinsurance insurance company bailout $$, but the dems voted and passed for the spending bill that removed the funds. They obviously didn't realize they just voted to undermine their own law.

Self inflicted wounds by the Dems cannot be ignored. "You can keep your plan" contributed to its' demise keeping the healthy out of the ACA risk pool.

Non Expansion of medicaid in republican states cannot be blamed, as Arizona expanded, and it still imploded in carriers down to 1, and exploded in rates up 75%.

The real reason for AZ demise was an un-usable SLCSP that low balled the entire market 3 years in row, with the range to the next higher carrier to large. They praised the low prices, but have no idea how their own APTC formula works, and actually unknowingly were rooting for something that furthered the demise of ACA.

What's the answer? Throw more money at it............that will fix it.

Govt solution, regardless of party, is anything can be fixed with more money. It takes someone with a business background. Romney could have fixed it before Obamacare and everything else up there that is woefully broken, got worse.

But voters were more interested in a president of color and more free stuff.

Trump can fix it, but it is going to take a lot longer since there have been 4 more years of pissing away a lot of damn money on something that would never work.

The best option now is to shoot it and start over. But that won't happen either, regardless of what happens on Nov 8
