I met with a lady yesterday who also met with another agent before me (but she decided to go with me:))

She is a retired teacher from the state of Florida. As a result, she gets $150 pre-tax in addition to her monthly pension to pay for health insurance in retirement. She told me that the agent she met with before me, said he can set up the medsupp, to where the payment would come out of her bank account using the money PRE-TAX. I have never heard of this, and am not aware of any form that would enable this.

Does anyone have any idea if this form exists? If so, how do I set up this benefit?

Has the state set up a retiree health plan HRA? If so, that could be the answer.

I have clients that are AT&T retirees with a similar deal involving HRA monies.

no, the benefit is added to the pension check she receives every month

Then I don't see how it could be before tax. Have you looked on the FL employee website to see if it mentions this before tax benefit?

Could be just a fluke or you might run into it again.
