    Major retail stores use secret shoppers. When I worked at Beemer company reps often posed as customers.

    AARP sells seniors crap and then has the audacity to try to monitor seminars put on by others. :arghh:

    Too bad a lot of those free lunch seminars were for MA plans, that CMS decided to put an end to.

    Looks like the plate lickers will have to start in more with the financial planners and reverse mortgage folks...
