Talked with a guy this AM looking for something less expensive than his employer. He claims he can get a plan from AARP for $320 per month.

That's $100 less than the lowest priced plans on the radar in GA.

I can't find anything on AARP about major medical. He doesn't remember the carrier or know any of the details.

If not for the fact he is a referral I would probably blow him off.

Makes me wonder if he is looking at an STM plan.

AARP bailed on Obamacare for MM plans under age 65 at end of last year.
Maybe they still have Pre-Ocare plans listed on the website.
I sold the product, and they converted all NON GF to aetna direct plans, or terminated them.
Only GF plans were able to keep them.

Nope, that's not it. This is a new quote he claims he got. I haven't seen it but STM is the only thing that makes sense in that price range and even that is high.
