ACA and 1095a/8962 Forms

For those who are still in the ACA, how are you helping clients who might have filed taxes for 2015, but didn't file the 1095a and 8962 forms for that year?

Several of my clients either didn't file taxes or filed but didn't file the forms. Wonder what the process of them is and what the turn around to expect so the subsidy is applied for 2017.

Other than possibly facilitating the receipt of the 1095a I am doing nothing-if someone isn't receiving a 2017 subsidy because of it I am walking away from them.
