Account Now Prepaid Debit?

Was told by Transamerica that they do not take this card payment type. The person on the phone didn't seem too sure. Has anyone known TA to actually accept this as a payment method if not who would?

With Transamerica you have 3 payment draft options

1. Draft off of a Direct Express Card
2. Draft out of a checking account
3. Draft out of a savings account
