Have you ever tried using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool? It is a tool or software to manage customer data and customer interaction. It helps you keep track of customers, analyze your level of interaction with them, access business information, view contact details, etc. The interface looks like a spreadsheet. Maybe you should give it a try.
