I am a licenced life and health agent but currently only sell life. I have a client that needs health insurance and hoped some of you here could help me. She is 39, 5'5", 125, only takes birth control. She had been paying cash for yearly ob/gyn exams and recently was told to have an ultrasound because she had some pain. So that is an outstanding issue. She is located in PA. Can anyone recommend the lowest cost plan for her that she could get and use right away? Thank you

Is her income less than $16,243?
    If so, Medi-caid.
Otherwise, without a "Life Event", she cant get coverage until 1.01.16.
No need to tell us her height & weight. This isn't eharmony.

What if I said she's also pretty hot. A milf for sure. Would that matter?

What about short term plans? I saw those are available.

advise her to hold out until the next Obamacare effective date of January 2016. She would have to wait at least that long and Canada.

It looks like she's going to have to pay for this ultrasound completely out of pocket. Are there any discount plans available possibly?

Forget about STM, discount plans, cancer plans, hospital indemnity, accident coverage. Unless she is Medicaid eligible there is nothing to do but wait for 2016 open enrollment.
