Aetna Did a Really Nice Thing for Me Today

Since I live in an area that was affected by Hurricane Harvey, Aetna Rep called me today to ask if I would like my Oct, Nov & Dec renewals to be paid in a lump sum in advance. I said "SURE"

UHC did that like the next day and sent an email. I got my money in a few days.

I guess Aetna doesn't have a system set up.
