aetna now transfers inbound calls to fmo?

does Aetna now transfer direct inbound calls to outside fmo called clearmatch or clear something? i was told this from people who said they called the number on the back of their aetna card and were routed to this fmo..they showed me the mail they got from clear match..

I just called the # on the back of the card yesterday to see how much I had left on dental and it was Aetna.

What kind of plan do they have...DSNP?

No it was ppo.this guy is a retired CFO of a fortune 500 company so i believe what he told me.maybe they just do this in AEP?
