Holy Crap this went from afib, to afib with a pacemaker, to afib and a defibrillator. Each one is a completly different set of underwriting standards.
Philadelphia American/New Era will work as long as it was more than 12 months.
the issues is not AFIB with Bankers it is the deffib. with bankers or any company pacemaker gets you standard with many companies
IN is still on the old UW. If Afib is treated with a pacemaker with or without meds then they are good to go with Philly. If they are treated with meds for afib and no pacemaker then it is not okay.I don't know about the new underwriting be previously they did not accept Afib
The problem with Afib it's not an event like a heart attack where maintenance meds are considered maintenance
Afib is a condition where meds are treatment like with diabetes
Medico will consider if stable 1 year but not with all the combo's mentioned
