Aflac contract want to be iny

So I visit the AFLAC website looking for information I would like to offer AFLAC individual products to supplement my income and the website mentions about independent broker contracts but when I contact AFLAC they refer me to my local office. The manager there wants to contract me and have me "work with them" I just want to be totally iny any comments/suggestions?
