Aged Lead Store Question

I have some old leads I bought from this website in the summer of 2015 and I never got around to calling them. Can I just call these or do I have to run them through the DNC before I do?

At this point in time you have to scrub them every 30 days before you can call them. I prefer to use Dawn dish washing liquid and an old tooth brush.
