Agency Management System?

I'm about to affiliate with a P&C agency and expand my current business (which is successful already, just expanding our scope and hiring new employees). The CRM they use is Applied Epic, what are the PRO's and CON's you seoin this system? Want to make sure it will work well.
Personal Lines (Auto & Home) and Business Insurance. I already do Health, Life & Disability for my current book of business.
Also they use the IBQ rating system, what is your opinion of this system as well?
