to start off, alot of the newer guys like myself always want to talk about the agency management system...what about the crm to actually get those prospects loaded into the agency managemtn system.

just saw the surface of Insightly free CRM with basic reminder/tasks and history functions. free from google apps and will nicely intertwine with my google calender/docs/contacts.

agencyiq would run me $70 a month...(seems reasonable) but since it's not free would have to use the 15 day trial and see how that goes.

Than sugar/hopper which I know nothing about except Brooke is working on it and he's a good guy.

Lastly saw Radius mentioned at $24 per user...

if any others come to mind that you highly recommend please let me know

Radius has a free plan also, and they're definately worth checking out.

Also sugarcrm has a free model where you can self host.

Agencyiq is a good product also, I used them when I first got started, they're good software.

I have a non-dialer integrated product and a dialer integrated product that is 35$ a month for less than 25 users plus dialer costs.

The only one I can wholeheartedly NOT recommend is leads360, because of their 1 year contract lock in, autorenewal without notification or even informing you that you will be autorenewed, and some other nonsense they pull. Their dialer unless they've radically fixed it is a piece of crap also. I tried to explain to them what was wrong with it before I started trying to develop my own because theirs was literally that bad.

I'd try out the other options above also before I tried salesforce or other more expensive crms also, they're typically less specialised, harder to set up, and at the same time don't do as much.

Oh, downside to google apps. The program can be cancelled at any time, and a lot of that software is pretty new, and what happens is the developer makes this awesome thing and then like salesforce buys it and closes it down. Happened to a couple of my favorite google apps already.

good to know...and especially that radius starts off with a free plan as well as the quoting integration...so better off with that.

Ive just start playing on clientsiq, which I guess it owned by the same company. I was able to get a discount for others on that program.

I can ask for a discount on the other one if you all need one.
