Sold a HIPAA case and had to jump through some major hoops to get it issued (after 3 months, ugh!). This (see attached pic) I received from the client today

There are people who truly appreciate the effort we make on their behalf, even if there is little compensation on the insurance side.

This will go well with the Bills-Dolphins game on Sunday!

The wine that goes with it is on the way.
