Agent Gift for New Sales and Renewals

Hello! I am a home and auto insurance agent in Texas. I am new here, but I was wondering if anyone knew where to find information about providing access to a website that helps with home maintenance and repair stuff (handyman fix-er upper type stuff) as a thank you for purchasing home insurance through my agency. I can get the membership for like 5-10 per year per client..but it would cost them $99. Can I give them access to the website for being my client?
