Does anyone know if Genworth pays commissions for LTC if client goes with agent instead of direct?
Also, client pays annual...how would commissions be paid to AOR?

Do you mean if you got the client to sign an AOR and became his agent?

The original writing agent will receive 1st year comp and any subsequent renewals

So no renewals given to AOR if they change agents?

If the agent is no longer with the company, the commissions were probably vested to him. If he is is deceased, the vesting would transfer to his estate so even if talk the client into signing an AOR there is probably no way you are going to get the commissions.
