This past Open Enrollment was my first time going through it as an agent. I finally had enough people asking me about it that I decided to add it to my services but it has been frustrating to say the least. Here are some of my issues that I would love some input from experienced agents:
- How do you keep track of items that applicants need to complete (i.e. verification items or effectuation)
- Is there a simpler method to be listed as an authorized person on a application than having the client personally call the marketplace? I would have thought being the named agent would be sufficient.
- What is the most effective and/or efficient way to help a client regain their APTC if the marketplace has removed it?
