Can anyone explain to me how a captive Allstate agents comp works. I know they are at 9% base with bonus based on variables.
My main questions are- do they get paid less on non-standard?
What are the current variables they need to hit to get paid bonus?
What is the max % they can make with bonus? For example 9% base but if they hit all bonus they can make 14%.
Any insight is appreciated.
