Hi guys,

I'm trying to roundup some more info on Allstate Insurance company. I've learned some things from their corporate site, but I'm looking for more info on company goals, problems, management style and their people.

What are the main challenges for Allstate at the moment?

What sort management style do they incorporate?

Also was looking for info on general or recent trends within the insurance industry as a whole. Thanks for any input.

The company has also shed drivers in New York and Florida, where auto insurers have complained of rampant fraud. The two states were unprofitable for Allstate last year."
