Just asking for feedback if anyone has been an agent with the company. Good or not so good feedback is appreciated. I know pressure is high. I have been independent but they offer salary and some other good stuff. Just need to do whats best. Thanks.

I don't think AmFam accepts former agents from other companies, so I don't know how your status as a previous independent will hurt your chances. It may be more of a problem if you used to be a captive with a P&C company.
