Any thoughts on this company re comp, rates, increases,
cust svc?

I can say in MD they are not competitive and they have huge rate increases. As far as cust svc they are part of Universal American. Just do a forum search for "Today's Options" There are several posts re cust svc.

I think their cust svc is in the Philippians.
