Another MA Agent Wants to Do a Sponsored Health Fair at an HIV, Hep-C Organization

I know that MAs have gimmicks these days to bilk Medicare for more $$ for their sick patients, but wouldn't this idea of enrolling these individuals still be a huge revenue drain on any MA company? I couldn't believe that she'd even suggest it.
