Anthem BC (CA) Feebie for MAPD/PDP Recordings

Not sure if this extends to any other Anthem state, but Anthem BC in CA just sent out an e-mail that certified agents selling PDP/MAPD get a free recording system called "Voice Vault" to use to record.
