That is what I saw too.

Also CIGNA is only paying on bronze plans! My sales rep says it is because CIGNA claims are through the roof and they simply don't want to write business, but don't want to leave the state either.

In Los Angeles, for individuals that want a PPO, it sounds like they will only have either Shield or Anthem to choose from. That can't be good.

Covered CA Newbie question, sorry-what is Anthem's definition of PMPM, is it per person in the household or is a member considered the entire family unit?

Per enrolled member of the family. If it's a 4-person family enrollment, you get paid on each person($64 per month 1st year and $48 per month renewal).
