Any Admitted (or Other) Markets for Appliance Delivery

I'm trying to find a GL, Comm Auto, and cargo market for appliance delivery and installation providers and having trouble. It appears my admitted market is pushing back due to the appliances are not owned by the insured (they're sub-contracted).

Any help is appreciated

Progressive should be able to as well

Progressive stopped selling to DOTs that are under a year old. At least in my area anyway. Otherwise, they were my first go-to for these types of risks
