Unless you're the first agent to write the business, we're all replacing "other agents work".

In the Medicare Supplement realm, moving someone from Plan F to Plan G is rarely ever the "wrong thing".

I understand this, but I wanted to point out, there are always 2 sides to the story.

Carriers catch a LOT of flack over replacement business, they have to have some speed bumps in the way to appease the big guys.

UHC dont pay anyone for the change, but the original agent stays the AOR
