She wants to find one with no waiting periods. Not a problem for cleanings, but a problem for other. I don't have one that I am aware of that doesn't. I will see what UHC or Humana have to offer as I am set up with them.

    10% of $30 or $40??

Usually, prospects dentist isn't a PPO provider.
    Pre X not covered immediately.
You pay $30 or $40/month for a max yearly benefit of $1000.

Some CUL products are offered on Family Life paper in product.. Don't know if the DHV is one of them. At the moment, their website is doing its daily update and I can't get in to the product download section to find out.

Only plan I know without a waiting period is the Humana DMO. In Georgia it is the C550 plan. Believe it goes by another name in other states where available.

The cancer and accident plans are branded as Family Life in Florida but not the DVH plan.
