ANY DM House that Does "Concentric" Mailers

[Boy Howdy]

NOT to demographics

Years ago I had a letter shop with what they called "Concentric" software--I could give them 100 Main and have them mail the closest 100 addresses

i.e. a Seniors Builiding

My regular DM house no can do

Any ideas?

PM is OK if you dont want to mention in public

I have no idea. Have you ever created your own data list? I think you could set the filters to get a list similar to the parameters in your example.

USPS EDDM does it by carrier route but it's postcards only, I believe

This is commonly called Radius Mail now. It is also possible today to "geo map" a neighborhood and mail an area defined by its surrounding streets.
