Any Feedback on Access General?

I have been selling Access General for many years now however their policy always renews at a higher rate and it is starting to get on my nerves. After speaking with Access General, they encourage us to just rewrite the client with a new policy, which sometimes comes out to be equal or less than existing policy. Does anyone know the purpose of this? It makes our agency look bad for providing a consistently increasing premium and wasting time rewriting policies.

If you have rate shoppers in CA, Access General, given the right risk, will be the best, hands down.

If you have coverage shoppers, Access General won't ever be on your quote sheet. They define the concept of you get what you pay for. It works for some though.

I don't see the problem. anyone you write with Access is non-standard and with no EFT I'm surprised they are even making it to renewal. Just re-write them and theyll prolly love you for saving them money again.
