Man this thing is painful right now. Going back in the app to make a change gives this thing fits. Really frustrating....

The fact that you can do a security questions signature it great, but everything else is a huge downgrade from their old system. Having to type in the Medicare ID, Socials, & Bank Account & info two times would normally just be annoying, but when it hides the first entry so you have to re-ask the client twice is horrendous. Hopefully they'll fix this.

Before you click out of the field, highlight/copy that data and paste in other. Once you click out of the field, it XX's it out.

It has truly been a nightmare. I have 4 cases that have been held up/lost since. Oct 16th. I am working with a team specialist there now. Apparently there has been a "glitch" in the system that allowed me to see them as submitted but new business to either not get them entirely, or have missing fields of info.

On top of this, no one communicated any of this with me. I called last Thursday and review all cases numbers to check status and was told they imaged in and waiting to be review.

A 5th e-app, somehow came to them without the medicare claim number, even though it isn't possible to submit an e app "not in good order". I had to print off page 1 and drive back to the client's house in order to transcribe it the old fashioned with along with get PI to initial it.

I am being told I might have to have the 4 "entered in" but "not viewable", to Aetna, printed out and faxed in.

Hopefully my liaison will find a work around. Never had this happen EVER, so I am not quite sure what will happen with 1st around the corner.

Very frustrating and even more concerning.
