Any one familiar with Simplicity Life IMO(former Imeriti,inc)?

Hi, I am a life insurance agent and trying to find a better IMO to work with.

I am going to establish my own agency.

I meet an experience agent, introduced me to Simplicity Life IMO, and offer carrier direct 95% rate commission rate for allianz.

Besides,And he showed me the system them use. Detailed the recruiting and sale rules.

To me, it is sounds a good deal.
may I ask anyone know about this IMO?
Is it a reputable organization?
Anyone worked with it before?
Any experienced stories to share?

I've worked with Imeriti in the past on the annuity side. Everything went fine, support was good, got paid what I should, etc.

Yes, reputable. Mostly known for their annuities though. They took on Private Equity funding to grow through an acquisition model.
