Any So California agents missing legacy Caremore renewals?

I had about 15 legacy Caremore members that I enrolled back in 2004-05. I have been receiving a steady check all of these years up until this month. I knew that Anthem would screw it up once it took over!!
They just completed a system migration recently. When I questioned a telephone Commissions Service agent, I was told that I had ZERO members in my AOR status. ???
I’m concerned that Anthem put an end to the lifetime commissions that Caremore honored. Does anyone know about this?
