Anybody been paid by Wellcare yet for PDPs?

I have been paid for my AEP policies written with them; I called to check on something late last month and was disconnected from CSR who I could not understand.
My least favorite company to work with or call for anything.

They do have an Customer Service Number staffed here in USA . Reps actually speak English!
And I aint sharing it . Threw a ring-tailed shi...fit one day and was given to me by a supervisor. It's my go to number for Wellcare.

Got my first payment from them today for my 2019 business....since I am new with them for this year. Got a check in the mail from "Comprehensive Health Management" out of Tampa, FL. The amount seemed about right, so I went to Wellcare to look at the statement, and it matched.

I haven't been paid by Wellcare yet either. We should have been paid in January.

update - I did eventually get paid. They send the first couple payments by check. Then you get an email from a third party (payspanhealth.com) to set up direct deposit. If you haven't received payment, you might want to check with your wellcare rep. Go to your Wellcare portal, wellcare contacts, then DSC contacts.
