Anyone Currently Using Superior Access???

I've read tons of threads regarding Superior Access, but they are all prior to 2011... I'm a soon to be new IA coming from 8 years in captive world as a sales rep. I've spoke with SA and their program seems great. I'm just a little concerned about the older posts that show them in a bad light. Can anyone who is currently using them or recently used them shed some light on them PLEASE?! Thank you
