Anyone familiar with Aetna's Final Expense Products?

I am attempting to write an application and I am having trouble getting anyone at Aetna Senior Services to answer the phone!!! I called the other day and waited about 17 minutes to get a person and they couldn't help me.

Well, if they are so disinterested in taking people's money, what do you think it will be like trying to get them to pay it out? To either you in the form of commissions and or them in the form of a claim? By all accounts, Aetna is a horse shit company. Run!

I had an agent say he was on hold for a while today also. They usually answer pretty quickly.

I was on hold for 35 minutes on Wed. They buy pretty well but their hold times and service are as bad as I have seen. right up there with UHL.

They have been real bad during annual enrollment for as long as I’ve done business with them. They will get better soon.

Their FE product is not attractive anymore so not much reason to call them unless you are selling Med Sups.
